Each bag is entirely handcrafted by a group of skilled artisan leather weavers, using a unique weaving technique that forms its signature basket shape once removed from the wooden mould.

This handcrafted process ensures that no two pieces are exactly alike—variations in weave, slight curves, or two-tone color shading are natural features, not flaws. The leather is dyed using natural dyes, which may cause slight color transfer if wet or rubbed.

These subtle irregularities add to the character and charm of the piece. Over time, the bag will develop a rich, natural patina, a hallmark of traditionally made leather goods

UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS - Each bag is handwoven, resulting in unique variations in color and texture. These characteristics are not flaws but a testament to the handmade quality and natural materials used.

AVOID HEAVY LOADS - Refrain from carrying excessively heavy items to prevent deforming the bag’s shape. For example, if you use your bag to transform a computer, tablet and book, the bag is likely to be damaged more quickly and leather strips may come off.

DEALING WITH MOISTURE - If your bag gets wet, blot the water away immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the leather in water or use artificial heat sources like radiators or hairdryers to dry it. Allow the bag to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.

NATURAL DYE BLEEDING - Natural dyes used in our bags may bleed initially, especially with dark colors or in high humidity. To help set the dye, leave your bag in sunlight for several hours. As the dyes are natural, it may take some time for them to stop bleeding. Over time and some use, the bags will develop a special used patina that in fact enhances the feel and look of your bag.

PROTECTIVE STORAGE - Always store your bag in a dust bag when not in use. This allows air circulation and prevents mildew. Ensure the dust bag is soft and does not scratch the leather.
