Café Sante Fe (TS) – $$$  -Best Italian restaurant in Todos Santos.  Put Todos Santos on the map.  Great for a special night out.  Reservations recommended.  Love Ezio & Paula (owners).  Closed Tuesdays. 612.145.0340 –  PLEASE TELL PAULA & EZIO WE RECOMMENDED YOU COME, AND ORDER THE FRESH SUSHIMI, BUFFALO MOZARELLA, AND THEY ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR LOBSTER RAVOLI…OUR FAVORITE MARGARITAS IN TOWN! 

Michael's at the Gallery (TS) - $$ - We love our neighbors and are so glad Michael & Eric are back ini the hood! Closed until next season, but we'll let you know when they reopen.  Open for dinner on Friday and Saturdays by reservation only.

Pacifica Fish Market (TS) - $$ - Most cared for fish in Bajawww.cabosushi.com...Tell Patrick we sent you. He also does private sushi dinners on Friday nights...Call for info and res.

Barracuda Cantina (Pescadero) - $ - Bar Truck Playero/ Beach Bar Truck @Cerritos Beach, Craft Cocktails, Cold Beer, Fish & Shrimp Tacos,Cotorreo/Fun, @bajaroots, Pescadero, Surf!  LOVE Danny & Karla...Tell them Nomad Chic says "hello".

Hierba Buena (Pescadero) - $$$ - One of our favorites...

El Zaguan -  $$ – Lunch / Dinner - Great fish…a real local’s hangout. Great Margaritas…Eric is the owner.  A few doors down from Nomad Chic.

Rancho Pescadero (Pescadero) - $$$ Great small hotel in Pescadero serving breakfast, Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner.  Fun atmosphere.  Linda Hamilton Designs sourced all the furniture and accessories here, and escorted the owner to Indonesia to hand pick many of the pieces at the hotel.  Contact me if you see anything you like at the hotel that you would like to purchase and have delivered to your home. Yoga in the mornings...Zumba (Jan...a friend is the instructor) a few afternoons a week.  Not kid friendly.

FreeSouls at Cerritos (Pesadero) - $$ - GREAT hang out near the beach. Rooftop pool and patio…Mark, owner …Great place to lounge all afternoon. 

Posada la Posa (TS) - $$$  Continental cuisine.  Great for a sunset drink.  Reservations recommended.  Swiss owners are a little odd.

Las Casitas (TS)- $$  Mexican-fusion.  Sushi… The owner, Sergio, is very charming.  Great food.  On Juarez across from Bancomer.

Chef Laura (TS) $$$ - Great French food.

Tres Galline (TS) - $$$  Good northern Italian food.  Owner/chef is Angelo. 

Carlito’s (Pescadero) - $$  Great sushi & seafood in Pescadero.  Off the highway on the main road into the town of Pescadero…Take the first or second left...Will see the sign.

La Copa (TS) - $$  Bar and tapas at the Todos Santos Inn.  Fun for a drink.  Old B&W Mexican movies or Mexican themed movies.  Love the leather chairs in the bar.  The bar at Todos Santos Inn.

Los Adobes (TS) - $$  Good restaurant w/ a beautiful cactus garden and outdoor setting.  I recommend the Tarasca soup and Chilies in Nogado…AMAZING!!!!

Gallo Azul (TS) - $$  Pizza and salads. Alan the owner…Occasional movie nights.

La Esquina (TS) - $ Great for breakfast & lunch.  Free internet access.  Big place for locals.  Casa Dracula, my old store, is across the street.

Baja Beans (Pescadero) – $ Great for coffee…Think it’s open every day.  HUGE Sunday market from 10 to 2…Live music on Sunday & HUGE FARMER’S MARKET.  Love owners (Alec & April).

La Bodega de Todos Santos (TS) – Wine shop…Wine tasting Monday nights and Big Red night on Wednesday…Live entertainment.  Fun…Mac (owner) is from Marin. 

 La Paloma (TS) – THE BEST ICE CREAM!!!!  Try the limone/rosemary (my personal favorite) …My favorite dessert to bring to a dinner party is a trio of coconut cream, mango and passion fruit in one of their cone cups.  Buy gallons to take home.

GROCERIES:

Kale’s Organic Produce (a palapa roof w/ coolers outside) (TS) – on Militar (take a right at the stop light)…best fresh, organic produce in town.  Open maybe 9 am to 1 or 2? 

Farmer’s Market at Baja Beans (Pescadero) on Sundays 10 am to 2 pm.

Farmer’s Market at La Esquina (TS) on Wednesdays 9am to noon?

Pescaderia Todos Santos - Fish Market  (TS) – on Militar across the street from Kale.

Que Rico - Meat Market (TS) – on Militar across the street from La Paloma (ice cream shop).

Pura Vida Health Food Store (TS) – If you need chia seeds, coconut oil, or other healthy things.  My friend Joella owns and runs it.  She also designs one-of-a-kind bikinis that are really cute. 

El Sol I (TS) – Road into TS, on the right, before the stop light…Good for basics...chips, milk, etc…

Bodega Lizarraga (TS) – corner of Militar & Obregon …produce and basics.

Ice store (TS) – on the left right when you arrive into town.

SPORTS

Tennis Call Marilyn Martin 612.153.5354 to reserve the court.  The court is in Todos Santos, just north of town in San Sebastian at her small hotel on the beach.  Beautiful setting.  Tennis tournament is 4/3-5.  I emailed her and told her you’d be calling.

 

Surfing – Mario is the best!  Call him to schedule…612.142.6156.  Tell him I sent you…Maybe I’ll check to see if he’s booked.  He’s based at Cerritos Beach.

Horseback Riding – Call Kaia at 612.154.5588.  This is where Audrey rides…you can do arena work, or she will take you for a ride on the beach.

FAVORITE GALLERIES

Galeria Logan - Jill Logan is probably the most successful artist in Todos Santos…A very dear friend of mine.  Her gallery is next door to Hotel California.  Please say “hello” for me.

Galeria de Todos Santos – Michael Cope and Eric Ochoa’s gallery…Michael reps various artists…Probably the best gallery in town.  Our friend, Gloria Santoyo Ruenitz, art is at this gallery.

 Galeria N.E. Hayles - Nanette Hayles is one of the first artist in TS.
